WEBCAST: THE EFFECTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON URBAN STORMWATER MANAGEMENT
A growing global awareness of environmental issues is motivating people to look at the realities of climate change and how it impacts our world and our lives. This raises the question: Do we need to rethink the way that infrastructure is planned, designed, constructed and operated in order to adapt to our rapidly shifting climate?
Click on the link below to view a complimentary Webcast on the “changing landscape” of infrastructure design in Canada. This web presentation provides an overview of the predicted effects of climate change on urban stormwater management, as well as pragmatic approaches for the adaptive planning and design of urban stormwater management infrastructure. |
