The treatment of residential, business and industrial wastewater has a major impact on the environment and on the wildlife. Much of the disease-causing organisms and pollutants in wastewater are very harmful to our health. Therefore, wastewater must be put through a strictly regulated multi-stage process before it re-enters a body of water, is applied to the land or is reused.

R.V. Anderson Associates Limited has engineered over 100 wastewater treatment plants and extensions, including sewage pumping systems, serving populations ranging from a few hundred people to ultimate capacities for several hundred thousand people. Project capabilities include new greenfield developments as well as expansions and upgrades with construction values up to $30 million. The firm has also successfully participated in projects using design-build approaches, as the owner's representative, for projects varying in size from $7 million to $50 million.
