R.V. Anderson Associates Limited was retained to carry out Phase I environmental site assessments in accordance with CSA Standard Z768 at three RCMP sites in and around Ottawa, as part of the federal government's due diligence process. The sites were: the Headquarters facility, the Canadian Police College and the Technical and Protective Operations Facility. The environmental site assessments involved a detailed review of the history of these old sites, an extensive series of interviews to gather additional anecdotal information and an inspection of the buildings and grounds at each facility. |
