R.V. Anderson Associates Limited provided architectural design services for the newly themed Kidzville Town Area including the Taxi Jam and Chopper Chase Coaster ride, stations. Other facilities included an air-conditioned Movie Theatre, Candy Store and Kid's Pizza Hotdog and Ice Cream Buildings. The new 'Taxi Jam', children's coaster is designed to be experienced by parent and child together, 'Taxi Jam' is playfully themed as a speed chase, with brightly painted police cars chasing yellow taxi cabs. The "Chopper Chase" ride is a themed helicopter module running on an elevated monorail traveling the entire perimeter of Kidzville Town Area. Kids and adults can sit back and enjoy the gentle ride or increase their speed by pedaling along the elevated track. The ride offers the children an exciting aerial view as the ride modules travel over the Kidzville Town Area. |
