R.V. Anderson Associated Limited has been retained on an ongoing basis to provide "one-stop shopping" for the construction of Taco Bell restaurant sites in Ontario. Our work includes feasibility studies, planning, traffic, engineering design and approvals, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, contract administration and site inspection for both the building construction and the site servicing components of the projects. Engineering features of this assignment include stormwater quantity and quality controls, ISO9000 quality control, rigid schedules and budgets, and satisfying a precise set of design criteria established by Taco Bell.
