R.V. Anderson Associates Limited (RVA) was retained to provide in phase I - complete planning, architectural and engineering services for this 4,430 m² warehouse and office complex extension; and in phase II - replace 2,100 m² existing roof and renovate three loading docks. Site planning, engineering site servicing/approvals, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical designs, new parking lot layout, grading, storm water management, contract administration and construction inspection were the full range of consulting services provided. Special design features in this project included: six-story high warehouse facility, and "super flat" concrete floor slab technology with embedded wire guides for forklift equipment.
