R.V. Anderson Associates Limited (RVA) was retained to provide complete planning, architectural and engineering services for this 337 townhouse and stacked townhouse development. Site planning, condominium approvals, townhouse/stack townhouse designs, preliminary engineering, detail site services/approvals, grading, storm water management, contract administration and site inspection were the full range of consulting services provided. The success of this development was based on innovative designs, integrated neighbourhood planning, attractive site (overlooking Credit River), "speedy" approvals, and "effective" marketing.
