Zoran Filinov, P.Eng.

Zoran Filinov is a principal of the firm and manager of the water supply group. Since his graduation in 1985 from the Ciril & Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia, Zoran has accumulated over 22 years of engineering experience in Canada. His expertise covers the areas of water supply, treatment, storage, pumping and distribution, as well as experience on municipal, land development, waste water and transportation projects.

His background includes planning, environmental assessments, design, contract administration, project management, commissioning, preparation and delivery of training programs and operation manuals.

Zoran is a Professional Engineer of Ontario who, as a volunteer, has been actively involved in the Ontario Water Works Association, a section of AWWA, for the past 13 years.
