Ken Campbell is vice president of RVA with over 20 years of experience in municipal and environmental engineering. His primary focus has been on planning, design and management of water supply infrastructure including Class Environmental Assessments, preliminary and final design of water treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs and distribution systems.
