Appointment of Bruce Buchanan as Section Chair of ACWWA

Bruce Buchanan of Touchie Engineering in Moncton, New Brunswick, a division of R.V. Anderson Associates Limited, has been appointed Section Chair of the 2005 Executive for the Atlantic Canada Water Works Association. Bruce is a registered professional engineer in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick. He has over 22 years of project management and engineering experience in water, wastewater, and environmental engineering projects.

Appointment of Zoran Filinov as Manager of Water Supply

Zoran is a registered professional engineer in Ontario, with over 20 years of experience the consulting engineering industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of St. Ciril and Methodius in Skopje, Macedonia. Zoran’s new responsibilities include providing leadership for the continuing development of the firm’s water supply and environmental engineering practice.

Ken is a registered professional engineer in Ontario, with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto. He has over 20 years of project management and engineering experience on water, and environmental engineering projects.
