David is a senior associate of the company with over 21 years of experience on projects using trenchless technology applications, including condition assessments for large municipal infrastructure, horizontal directional drilling, CCTV inspection, and sewer relining and spot repairs. His experience also includes construction inspection, contract administration, and surveying, for a variety of construction projects. 

David holds memberships in OACETT and NASTT as well as CATT, where he has served on the Board in various positions since 2004, including positions as Secretary and Vice-Chair. More recently, he was the Chair of the Conference Committee for the 2007 Trenchless Roadshow held in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

The Centre for the Advancement of Trenchless Technologies was established in 1994 to help municipalities address their buried infrastructure challenges with specific reference to trenchless technologies. CATT's mandate is to address infrastructure needs faced by both public sector end-users and industry by providing a common forum for research, education, and technology transfer in the area of trenchless technologies.
