Reporting to the Transportation Manager, the candidate will be responsible for project management and business development for transportation planning.

Job Description:

o        Undertake transportation planning, traffic impact analysis, traffic operations, parking studies, and environmental assessments

o         Prepare reports, proposals and other documentation for clients, review agencies and the public

o        Assist CADD staff with roadway designs for municipal projects as required

o        Assign, direct and review work undertaken by CADD staff so that studies and projects are completed with accuracy

o         Project management responsibilities including budget and schedule control

o        Assist with traffic safety audits and specialty projects

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario with 5 years experience in Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering in a consulting engineering environment
• Experience in leading a team of technical specialists and professional engineers
• Municipal Class EA and Transportation Master Plan project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to market our services to new and existing clients
