We are looking for a talented individual with Contract Administration experience to join our team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing several projects at once.

Job Description:

o       Responsible for leading a team of Contract Administrators and Construction Inspectors for various construction projects within the GTA

o       Provide weekly updates, to the Project Managers, on the status of their projects

o        Create job duties/responsibilities/training for Contract Administrators and Construction Inspectors.  This will include project related duties, daily diary requirements and mandatory paperwork

Qualifications:       

• University degree or 3 year college diploma in Civil Engineering; or equivalent
• Membership in PEO/OACETT is an asset
• 10-15 years experience in Municipal and Infrastructure projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
