Job Description:

Provide complete design and drafting support as a member of a project team including:

·     AutoCad drafting for engineering and infrastructure assessment projects

·     Construction inspection on municipal and land development projects   

·         Preparation of design and record drawings for projects in:  land development, hydrotechnical engineering (bridges and culverts) and municipal infrastructure (watermians, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, pumping stations and roads)

·         Assist in the preparation of quantity estimates and contract documents

Qualifications:

·         Minimum one year CADD (Civil 3D) experience

·        Construction supervision of municipal projects

·         Knowledge of AutoCAD layering techniques, objects, alignments, digital terrain modeling, x-refs, and AutoDesk Civil Design features

·         Experience with total station surveying

·         Ability to work in an interactive team environment

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Bilingual (English and French) desirable
