Wastewater Treatment Expert

We have an immediate opening for a Wastewater Treatment Expert for our international projects in a major city in India.

Job Description:

Short to Medium Term Assignments

·        Co-ordinate and oversee the process and detailed design of pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants

·        Hydraulic analysis and process design of wastewater treatment facilities

·        Oversee design teams for developing and finalization of drawings and specifications

·        Prepare tender documents

Qualifications:

·        Accreditation as a professional engineer in a recognized jurisdiction

·        15+ years experience in the design and project management of wastewater infrastructure

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a professional team

·        Prior international experience on wastewater projects is desirable

·        Ability to work with people in a cross-cultural setting and adapt to local standards and customs

Compensation:

Competitive remuneration, including per diems and expenses, based on the length of the assignment.  Housing, transportation and leave will be provided at normal international levels.  This arrangement will be negotiated on the basis on a one year contract with an option to extend if mutually agreeable.
