Job
Description:
Assist
the Electrical, C&I Manager in developing a strong and growing team,
Undertake
design and contract administration jobs, and provide hands on training to
junior staff, including:
- Develop substation,
switchgear and MCC layouts for major water and wastewater projects
- Develop control circuit
wiring diagrams for equipment
- Generate Process Control
descriptions related to water and wastewater processes
- Compile specifications for
power and lighting systems
- Contract administration
including shop drawing review , witnessing of equipment and systems
factory testing (FAT), site testing and commissioning , and
troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a university
level electrical engineering program with a minimum of 5 years
experience
- Experience with Industrial
Power Distribution systems
- Knowledge of various types
of circuit breakers and power conditioning equipment
- Familiarity with fixed
speed and variable speed (VFDs) motor control
- Proficient
with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional
communication skills
- Ability to work in an interactive team atmosphere
