Structural Design Engineer (Sudbury)

Job Description:

• Draft structural plans, sections and details for structural construction drawings
• Measure, assess and sketch structural layout and details for new and existing buildings, bridges, tanks, tunnels and mines
• Prepare detail design calculations and planning reports
• Must have previous structural steel, reinforced concrete and wood design experience
• Familiar with the Ontario Building Code

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario
• Five to ten years Canadian engineering experience
• Canadian consulting engineering experience would be an asset
• Possesses strong analytical skills in structural engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
